Excessive Wear and tear!!

Like many before me, I wish I had studied these forums beforehand. I traded i my galaxy s 19000 and was offered £119.10, I posted it recorded delivery and duly received an offer the next day albeit around 50% of the price! The phone was in good condition and CEX had already verified this and offered marginally less.

I now have to pay £4.50 because I have rejected their offensive offer! It's obvious their "technicians" are on commission and benefit from paying out less. Another company with poor ethics tying to sell an ethical product.
