I arranged to send my phone into Orange Recycle this month, they value it at £110 it left me in complete working order, I sent it via special delivery and they have emailed me a week later saying the phone is damaged, has a value of £0 and they will not return my phone to me.

I am furious to say the least, this is effectively robbery, please please NEVER use this service.
