I was offered a good price for an iphone 3GS 32GB online and sent it off by special delivery as required. Royal mail state it has been received but Phone Buyer claim it has not. No answer to any e-mail and there is no telephone number to call. I have informed Trading standards and they are aware of other people who have an issue with this company!. There does seem to be a large numbe of people that I see on the internet with the same issue. Not sure what else I can do at this time. I have started a claim via Royal Mail, but if they find it has been delivered, then I suppose it is not their problem.
