I'm posting here after following the advice for complaints procedures.

I followed a link from this website advertising simply recycle as it had the best price offer for my phone.

It's been 3 weeks since Simply recycle received my phone and since then I have had only one email to say my order will be processed. I've had no payment sent to me and I am down 1 phone plus special delivery costs.

They do not answer their phone or reply to any emails I have sent using their contact page.

One website suggests they have ceased trading which is very worrying as my phone was worth quite a lot of money.

Trading standards have advised me that I report this to the police as theft and fraud.

Before I go down this avenue is there anything else you can do to help?

Are you going to take them off your website? I've noticed this isn't the first complaint.
